We value our relationships with our carriers. We utilize top-tier carriers and treat them as such. If you are a carrier and want a long-lasting relationship, please get in touch with us!
A Certified Carrier Must:
- Provide a copy of your MC# or DOT# to begin registration.
- Intrastate carriers without a DOT# may register with an applicable state registration number
- Complete company contact information form below
- Submit form W9
- Complete the Carrier Profile.
- Complete the Broker/Carrier Agreement
- Provide a Certificate of Insurance that meets the minimum insurance requirements below. Certificates must be submitted from your insurance producer (agent) with Palmetto Logistics Service LLC as a certificate holder
- $100,000 Cargo Coverage
- $1,000,000 Auto Coverage
- Workers Compensation Coverage (if applicable)
- $1,000,000 General Liability Coverage
You are also required to meet the following additional requirements:
- Active Common or Contract Authority
- Safety Rating must be Satisfactory, Conditional, or None
